Welcome to the home page of the Northwest Translators and Interpreters Society (NOTIS). NOTIS sponsors this site as a forum for the exchange of ideas and information for the translation and interpreting community and for users of translation and interpreting services.

NOTIS is a chapter of the American Translators Association (ATA), a professional society with over 11,000 language professional members throughout the United States and overseas.

UPCOMING EVENTS

The National Association of Judiciary Interpreters and Translators' mission is to promote quality services in the field of legal interpreting and translating. Our members play a critical role in ensuring due process, equal protection and equal access for non-English or limited English proficient (LEP) individuals who interact with the judicial system.
