STAYING IN THE HERE AND NOW - 2

Are you taking 40-minute walks back and forth down your 10-foot long hallway? Are you dressing up to walk out to your mailbox? Are you using 1/4 cup applesauce in your baking because you can't get your hands on any eggs? Are you developing a nervous tic like Commissioner Dreyfus in the old Pink Panther movies? You are not alone! Come and connect with us for an hour and a half! Please join us free of charge on May 4, 2020 at 3:00PM. NOTIS members will get priority to sign up for this event, first. Click HERE to join NOTIS.

NO CREDITS ARE BEING AWARDED FOR THIS WEBINAR. When you register, please answer the questions provided so that we may be prepared to answer them as best we can. You will be receiving a Zoom link in your reminder email. Your reminder email will be sent 24 hours before the session.

Eileen Bowen, MA, LMHC, GMHS will be our instructor. Together we will explore the nature of stress and anxiety, learn about the positive and negative effects of these feelings, and learn how we can better cope with the current uncertainties in our lives. We will share tools and some self-care ideas that will assist you in coping with this world pandemic.

NOTIS is organizing this event to facilitate access for our members to a service that could be beneficial to them. All discussions, advice, and subject matter discussed should not be interpreted as opinions, advice or professional counseling from NOTIS as an organization.
