The Northwest Literary Translators hosts a panel discussion on the ins and outs of translation anthologies - and translating for anthologies. Wendy Call, Shelley Fairweather-Vega, Zakiya Hanafi, and Kay Heikkinen will examine the logistics of compiling and editing volumes of collected translations, the role that translator, author, and editor play in the process, good and bad experiences by translators who have had their work included in anthologies, and more, covering poetry, nonfiction, and short stories. Please attend and plan to join in the discussion.
