NOTIS is fired up about the Firebird!

Date & Time: Friday, March 20, 2026, at 7:30 PM

Location: McCaw Hall, Pacific Northwest Ballet

Address:  321 Mercer St, Seattle, WA

NOTIS returns to the Ballet to see Stravinsky's Firebird! This is our first theatre outing in 2026.  Please join us to see another magnificent performance of the Pacific Northwest Ballet.

This is a Pay What You Can night. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cost a minimum of $5.00. You can purchase tickets at the McCaw Hall Box Office. The box office opens at 6 pm. All individuals in the party must be present when purchasing tickets.

Alternatively, you can buy tickets to this show in advance for $39 by signing up for the "Beer and Ballet" program on the PNB website and getting a discount code.

About the Program

Lavish, vibrant, iconic Firebird tells of the downfall of a powerful, ogre-like figure of evil, Kastchei the Deathless, through the intervention of a beautiful rare bird. Ming Cho Lee’s breathtaking sets, the epic Stravinsky score, and choreography from PNB Founding Artistic Director Kent Stowell work in harmony in this theatrical one-act ballet. Balanced perfectly by Alejandro Cerrudo’s most playful work, Little Mortal Jump, and the rock ‘n roll drama of Ulysses Dove’s Red Angels, this fiery production will keep you on your toes from start to finish.

Meet-and-Greet before the Show

After buying tickets, we’ll gather for refreshments in the area to the right of the box office, near the entrance to the restaurant, starting at 6:30 pm. Please look for the table with a NOTIS sign on it. Beverage options are excellent but you may want to have dinner in advance or smuggle in a sandwich.

Parking

There are no scheduled events at the Climate Pledge Arena next door but street parking is still pretty limited. You can prepay parking at the garage across the street from the theatre on the PNB website: https://order.pnb.org/events?k=parking
